What happens when I place my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email. During busy periods, there may be slight delays.

I have not received my confirmation email?

Please check your junk or promotions folder. If no email was provided on your order, an SMS will be sent to your phone.

I would like a different size, can I exchange my purchase easily?

Yes, we can exchange your item for a different size. If you would like to exchange, please indicate this on your returns form when sending back.

How do I return the shoes?

If you purchase goods online with us and wish to return them, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Return postage costs apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Can I use a credit note online?

Credit notes can be processed manually for online use. Please contact us to arrange this.

Can I pay with a gift voucher online?

Online gift vouchers are valid for online purchases only. In-store gift vouchers are valid for in-store purchases only.
