*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations, further details of which are available from the citizens advice bureau.
Returns Procedure
If you purchase goods online with us and wish to return them you have 30 days from when you purchase them to do so to get a full refund.
Online goods can be returned. Exchanges can be processed, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In order to return your purchase please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the designated returns portal. You will need a printer to use this service.
Step 2: Choose ‘Favourite Shoes’ from the first drop down list and click on it. Select your reason for returning the item on the second drop down list. Enter the retailer order reference number, this is your order number and continue.
Step 3: Select your return method. Fill in your details and continue.
Step 4: Tick the box to accept the terms & conditions and then proceed accordingly. You will be issued a label so please attach it to the item you are returning.
Please note, if you are returning multiple items separately, each parcel will need a label.
